Dan has been developing computer applications since 1985. His employment history includes
industries such as employment, manufacturing, environmental and travel. Prior to entering the world
of consulting, he started his career as a programmer and advanced to hold the position of Manager of
M.I.S. at the second largest travel management company in the Chicago metropolitan area. As a computer
consultant, Dan's work encompasses designing, managing, building and maintaining systems for corporate
clients worldwide.
Some of the companies that Dan has designed for include the Resolution Trust Corporation, Baxter
Laboratories, the Department of Energy, Ethyl Corporation, and Mobil Corporation. The scope of these
projects has varied from multi-tier web-browser based applications to Windows clients targeting AS/400
databases. The main focus of his designs is to create cost effective systems with the flexibility and
completeness to meet the needs of the company for years to come.
Dan has been a computer programming instructor since 1988. His training has led him from London England
to Sydney Australia, and major cities throughout the United States and Canada. On numerous occasions Dan has
also been a guest speaker at the Borland International Developer's Conferences. |
