Lisa has experience in project management, information systems and marketing. Within D. Lawton
Associates, Lisa specializes in client needs assessment, business process analysis, system design and
documentation, project management and quality assurance.
Lisa's background includes significant project management experience for software to be distributed
nationwide under grants from state and federal governments. Her responsibilities included: project
plans, system technical specification development, budget allocation, system documentation, and quality
assurance. Upon completion of a product, she established client service, training, and technical
support. These efforts included software for schools to track student performance, and management
systems to support nonprofit organization service delivery. She has worked with schools in New
Hampshire and South Dakota, and centers who serve people with disabilities and families of infants and
toddlers with disabilities across the country.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics from Ithaca College, and a Master of
Business Administration from Boston University. While at Ithaca College she was inducted into Omicron Delta
Epsilon, a National Honor Society in Economics. |
