Challenges

SIXNET needed a partner who they could trust to guide them through a critical time of growth. This ISO-9002 certified manufacturing company needed to develop and implement an IT Strategy to support their growing business. As part of that process we helped SIXNET to decide which of their internal systems to keep and which one to replace. Our consultants worked closely with them to select off-the-shelf packages for their accounting and CRM needs. Afterwards, D. Lawton Associates assisted them by integrating all of their current systems. This enabled management to get clear, accurate Business Intelligence reporting. Recently we assisted with their global expansion as they merged with a Canadian company and established themselves as an international institution.
